I am Kate O'Hara, artist of The Burnished Book. Specializing in custom-made photo albums, painting or writing journals, and invitations,
I craft each book from design through binding using the best archival products available. All of the book bindings are sewn by hand with linen thread and are never pasted, giving you not only a beautiful but also a highly functional piece of art. To this end, each book lies flat when open so writing becomes an exquisite experience and viewing your photos becomes an unencumbered joy.
